按基面→打底层→下涂层→中涂层→上涂层的次序进行施工。
1、基面处理：基面要求必须平整、牢固、干净、无明水、无渗漏、凹凸不平及裂缝处先找平，渗漏处须行堵漏处理，阴阳角应做成圆弧角；基面清洗,用清洁剂、钢丝刷、抹布、尽可能将墙面基层清洗干净，
2、用刷子将透明防水胶涂刷于墙面，饰面砖接缝处，涂刷时要特别仔细；
3、一般涂刷2-3遍即可，涂刷时要注意**遍涂层干固后再涂后一遍，且涂刷方向应纵横交错；
4、在施工过程中如粘度太大，可用清水稀释，但水量要尽可能少。

施工范围
1，各种建筑物的外墙墙面渗漏的防水修补
2，用于各种装饰材料接口处的防水处理
3，各种内外墙装饰材料表面的防水，防潮，防霉变
4，彩钢板及其屋面防水层的罩面层，外墙瓷砖的防水

注意事项：
不能在5度以下或雨中施工，不要在特别潮湿又不通风的环境中施工，否则会影响成膜
