♦产品简介
   半自动模切压痕机是**彩盒、**彩箱、纸质商标等各种纸制品模切压痕、冷压凹凸的关键设备。
本机采用高强度开牙叼纸牙排、整体摆动式前规、自动推规、**间歇机构、气动锁板、气动离合、过载保护、自动收纸，实现了送纸距离短、定位**、模切稳定、收纸整齐，并可进行无叼口模切。
应用微机控制实现整机全过程自动化，通过人机界面显示工作状况及故障的排除方法。关键部件、控制系统和紧固件均采用进口产品，精心装配，确保机器的***。多处设有传感器和*装置，**机器正常工作和人身*。

♦组成部分及特性
1、给纸部：预码纸、给纸台、气动板凳。
预码纸：气缸横移角铝，操作方便，快捷。操作人员可在模切工作当中将要加工的纸张放到预码纸小车上，当纸台降至下**将小车推到给纸台上，继续进行工作。
给纸台：自动提升步距可根据纸张情况设定，操作简便、快捷。具有送纸距离短，劳动强度低的特点。
气动板凳：操作人员脚踏工作台，采用气动升降，可根据不同身高调节升降高低，操作方便、省事。
Paper feeding part: Pre code paper, paper feeding platform, pneumatic bench. Pre code paper: Cylinder sliding angle aluminum, easy and fast to operate. The operator needs to put the processed paper into the precode paper trolley, and put the trolley back to paper feeding platform to continue the next working when the paper sets the lower limit. 
Paper feeding platform: Automatic rising step distance can be set according to the paper amount, the operation is easy andfast. With the characteristics of shorter feeding distance and low labor intensity.
Pneumatic bench: The operator stand on the working platform, pneumatic adjusting the heightof machine according to different height of operator, easy to operate, saving time and effort.
 
2、 定位部：前规、侧规。
前规：采用整体摆动式前规，对纸边冲击力小，定位精度高，前规装有4套精度检测(闽台瑞科)光纤开关,检测纸张是否到位，避免纸张浪费。
侧规：可根据不同产品选择侧规，不需更换零件，调节简便、快捷。
Positioning part: the front guide, the side guide.
Front guide: The overall swing front swinging side guide have a small impact on the paper edge, high positioning precision, with four sets of precision fiber switch(Taiwan Riko brand) to check paper in place and avoid paper wasting.
Side guide: You can choose side guide based on different products, no need to replace components, easy and quickly to adjust.
 
3、 模切部：叼纸牙排、模切板框、模切钢板、传动机构、主机底台、动平台及上平台、间歇机构、气动离合制动器。
模切压力即可以整体调压又可以前叼口单独调压、手动降速盘车方便省力。
叼纸牙排：采用高强度硬铝合金精铸而成的叼纸牙排刚性好、材质轻、惯性小、强度高，能在高速运行中**平稳地传递纸张。*特的牙排前规，模切双定位及凸轮运动曲线，噪音小、精度高且保持持久，叼口只需6mm。
模切板框：双层加固的模切板框采用气动锁紧，铺入滚动轴承导轨，*性高，操作简便。硬铝合金活动垫板，模切版框吊板装卡，使模板定位准确、牢固，并可重复使用，能有效地防止模切版下垂和脱离。
模切钢板：由70Cr钢板经特殊热处理加工而成，平面度好，硬度高，使用寿命长。人性化的气垫抽版系统使钢板的推进和抽出，省时省力方便快捷。
传动机构：新颖的传动设计，实现高速**的模切，主传动采用蜗轮蜗杆副及经特殊设计的曲轴连杆机构，采用轴瓦形式连接，减少运动间隙，避免蜗轮蜗杆冲击，模切压力大，且具有高点保压功能。动平台四角装有缓冲减压弹簧，减轻机器磨损，机器运转较平稳。
主机底台、动平台及上平台：等关键部件采用高强度球墨铸铁树脂砂铸造而成，抗拉强度高、韧性好。
间歇机构：采用高精密平行三元凸轮分度机构，凸轮曲线经特殊设计，动程角大，使牙排运转较加平稳。
气动离合制动器：通过调整气压控制传递扭矩，噪音低，制动性能佳。当机器发生过载时，自动停机保护避免意外事故的发生
Die cutting part: grippers, die cutting sheet frame, die cutting steel plate, transmission structure, host bottom platform, the moving platform and the upper platform, intermittent structure,pneumatic clutch brake.
Die cutting pressure can overall regulating and can also front gripper edge regulating separately, manual reducer is convenient and labor saving.
Grippers: The grippes are made of high strength of hard aluminum alloy precision casting, withgood rigidity, light material, small inertia, high strength, can accurately and smoothly transfer paper in high speed running. Unique gripper front guide, diecutting double positioning and running curve of cam, low noise, high precision and last durable, gripper edge is only 6 mm.
Die cutting sheet frame: The double reinforcement of die cutting sheet frame adopts pneumatic locking and rolling bearing guide rail, high safety, easy operation.Hard aluminum alloy floating plate, die cutting sheet frame with hanger plate, makes a plate positioning exactly and strong, and can be reuse, can effectively prevent the die-cutting plate prolapsing and breakaway.
Die cutting steel plate : The 70CR steel plate processed by special heat treatment, good flatness, high hardness, long service life. Personalized air cushion smoke edition system makes thesteel plate pushing in and out, easy and labor-saving.
 
4、 收纸部：自动收纸、定量收纸。
后齐纸、侧齐纸确保自动收纸整齐有序，接纸机构结构简便，操作快捷，后齐纸位置采用电动调节，速度比手动快3倍，操作简单方便。监控后收纸，操作人员在机器前方可随时观察后收纸。后收纸双检测开关，监控收纸到否到位。后收纸可不停机气动取样。收纸满时，自动报警，提醒操作者及时更换收纸台。
定量收纸：可从10到9999数值中任意设定，当收纸达到设定数值时，自动停车。

Quantitative paper: Can set the arbitrary value from 10 to 9999, it will off automatically when the paper reaches the set value.
 
5、 电控部：电机、PLC及人机界面、电控系统、各种*保护装置。
电机：主电机用进口富士变频器无级调速控制，节省能源，噪音小。给纸及收纸减速电机采用进口闽台电磁制动减速电机，*性能高，使用寿命长，运转噪音小。
PLC及人机界面：数字显示机器的工作速度及状态，应用变频器控制主电机，无级调速运行平稳。人机界面显示系统能实时显示各种工作情况，故障发生部位并提出解决方法。
电控系统：采用微机控制实现从给纸、输纸、模切、收纸各部位工序的自动控制
