精制**煤滤料采用山西****煤为原料，经精选、破碎、和两次筛分而成，机械强度高，抗压性能好，化学性能稳定，不含有毒物质，**损，在酸性、中性、碱性水中均不溶解，另外**煤颗粒表面粗糙，有良好的吸附能力，孔隙率大(＞50%)，有较高的含污能力，因质轻，所需反冲洗强度较低，可节省大量反冲洗水量及电能。
**煤滤料同石英砂滤料配合使用是我国目前推广的双层**滤池和三层滤池、滤罐过滤的较佳材料。是提高滤速增加单位面积出水量和成倍提高截污能力，降低工程造价和减少占地面积较有效的途径。广泛用于化工、冶金、热电、制药、造纸、印染、食品等生产前后的水质处理过程中。

**煤滤料用途：Anthracite filter material USES
实用于一般的酸、中、碱性水的净化处理，是双层、三层滤池中不可缺少的净水材料，各项技术指标均达到和**过*（CJ/T44-1999）标准。过滤原理：水中之微细悬浮固粒经加药絮凝后，由**煤滤材加以滤除。
用于生括给水及工业给水的过滤净化处理。使用时根据滤池的形式确定使用参数，一般双层滤科的铺装厚度为300—400mm；正常滤速10—14m／h，强制滤速14—1 8m／h；三层滤料铺装厚度450mm，正常滤速18—20m／h，强制滤速20～25m／h。滤池反洗采用水冲洗、水汽冲洗或辅以表面冲洗。

**煤滤料选择标准：Anthracite filter material selection criteria
**煤滤料在过滤过程中所起作用的好坏，直接影响着滤过的水质，故对此滤料的选择**达到以下几点要求：
①机械强度高，破碎率和磨损率之和不应大于3%（百分比按质量计）。
②化学性质稳定，不含有毒物质。在一般酸性、碱性、中性水中均不溶解。出厂产品经中国水处理滤料监督检测中心测定：盐酸可溶率为0.68%（部颁标准为3.5）在各类水源中均可达到良好的净化效果。
③粒径级配合理，比表面积大。产品外观呈球状而有棱角，光泽度好，经机械振动三次筛分，级配符合有关技术指标。均匀系数（K60）不大于1.5（日本标准），不均匀系数（K80）在1.6-2.0之间，空隙率大于50%。
④粒径范围小于*下限粒径按重量计不大于5%，大于*上限粒径按重量计不大于5%。
