复合式破碎机适用范围：
       PFL系列立式复合式破碎机是我厂科技人员根据市场需要，在吸取国内外**细碎设备的基础上，对主要结构参数进行优化设计研制成功的一种直通式可调碎设备。该系列破碎机可广泛用于：水泥、耐火材料、建材及人工制砂行业，对石灰石、河卵石、白云石、高炉渣、煤矿石、耐火料等中硬度石料的细碎作业。特别适用于人工造砂和公路路面用石料的加工破碎。复合式破碎机破碎比度较大，较大破碎比可达到出料粒度可以任意调节，不受板锤、衬板磨损的影响；无筛条设置，破碎水分含量高、含泥量大的物料时不易堵塞；采用弹性调节机构，进入不可破碎物可自动排出，不会造成设备损坏；轴承水平布置，寿命长，可以破碎温度高的物料（如水泥熟料）；本机转子体结构*特，破碎物料时，转子体几乎不磨损；后腔体设置有丝杆或液压开启机构，不用起主设备，即可轻松更换易损件。
 
 
复合式破碎机优越性：
       PFL系列复合式破碎机具有破碎比大，破碎水份广含量高，对水份含量高的物料加工较为理想，出料粒度可任意调节，无筛条设置，含泥沙量大的物料不会堵塞，不可破碎物进入机体可自动排出，不会造成设备的损坏。该复合式破碎机生产**，结构*特、运作平稳、噪音低、维修方例，开启工作仓门即可轻松更换损件。
 
 
复合破碎机工作原理：
      物料由机器上部垂直落入高速旋转的叶轮内，在高速离心力的作用下，与另一部分以伞状形式分流在叶轮四周的物料产生高速撞击与粉碎，物料在互相撞击后，又会在叶轮和机壳之间以物料形成涡流多次的互相撞击、摩擦而粉碎，从下部直通排出，形成闭路多次循环，由筛分设备控制达到所要求的成品粒度。
 
复合破碎机工作特点：
  （1） 结构简单合理、运行成本低。利用石打石原理，磨损小。
  （2） 破碎率高、节能。
  （3） 具有细碎、粗磨功能。
  （4） 受物料水分含量影响小、含水份可达8%左右。
  （5） 较工作噪声**75分贝（db级），粉尘污染少。
  （6） 适合破碎中硬、特硬物料。
  （7） 产品成立方体，堆积密度大，铁污染较小。
  （8） 叶轮自衬磨损小、维修方便。
 
复合式破碎机*操作规程：
     1、开机前应检查复合式破碎机机体仓门是否闭紧，开启仓门要让机器停稳，以防发生危险。
  2、破碎机**空载起动，待运转正常后方可下料生产。
  3、入料粒度要按规定要求，过大会造成设备损坏。
  4、破碎过程中如发现异常现象，即停止检查，排除故障后再进行生产。
  5、定期向转动轴承部位加入润滑油。
