      新型模板破碎机、模板粉碎机一直是我公司**研发产品，公司根据市场需求对于建筑模板破碎中而开发出新一代**板材类的破碎设备，本设备针对于树皮破碎加工厂、电厂、木板粉碎破碎加工基地、三合板等废木料加工企业的利用，可加工宽度1.2米，厚度3-30公分的木板等下脚料，整机具有输送、进料、压板、破碎一体联动控制。另外可按照客户要求定做各型号木材加工设备。

一、建筑模板粉碎机、模板破碎机简介：
      建筑模板粉碎机也叫除钉木材粉碎机，目前是汇友机械**研发的产品。建筑模板是指建筑工地上的建筑木板，竹靶、带钉子的木板，包装用竹胶板、货架、托架、托盘等木架。新型建筑模板粉碎机主要由工作平台、进料压辊和输送机等主要部分组成；进料输送：放置待破碎板类木材；进料压辊：控制进料速度及保持板料不发生滑移及不进料情况；螺旋破碎辊：在辊上沿圆周方向均布焊接切刀，**破碎辊在圆周方向时刻受力一致；板材破碎具有进料与破碎同步，实现破碎的均匀；进料压辊采用UCK系列轴承加弹簧压紧机构，可以适应于不同板材厚度的破碎；进料压辊和破碎辊采用不同动力系统，易于控制。此设备广泛适用于废旧模板加工厂、竹胶板加工厂、人造板厂、复合板厂、电厂锅炉原料燃烧等以及个体木材加工厂使用。


二、模板破碎机、模板粉碎机优点：
建筑模板粉碎机是一种**的锤头式粉碎机，该机一般用在废旧板材料、货架、木托盘、胶合板、竹胶板等，因此该木材加工设备又被称为包装板材粉碎机，建筑板材粉碎机、废旧板材粉碎机、货架粉碎机、建筑模板粉碎机等，该机较大的特点就是加工能力强，可以分离木材上的金属铁钉子不限制物料中含有金属物料，也属于破碎机的一种，建筑模板粉碎机是多年来我厂技术人员研发的一种新型**破碎和粉碎工地上的带钉子金属的建筑模版粉碎机设备。
 
  
三、模板破碎机、模板粉碎机应用领域：
建筑模板粉碎机粉碎出来的成品料大概和火柴棍大小差不多，由于原材料大，采用的都是加厚筛网，筛孔较小只能加工22毫米的孔径，所以加工出的成品料大小可调，属于粗破，时产量在7-9吨左右，要想粉碎锯末状，甚至较细，那就得使用多功能的锯末粉碎机，采用小孔径筛网，配套使用。此设备广泛适用于废旧模板加工厂、竹胶板加工厂、人造板厂、复合板厂、电厂锅炉原料燃烧等以及造纸厂木材加工厂使用。
