1. 主要性能和结构特点:
 
l 自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、批号等全部工作；
l 控制系统则自动化匹配各动作配合，改系统具有**确度高，调整制袋长度简便，且准确无误；
l 具有色标控制系统，可获得完整的商标图案；
l 无级调整速度与袋长，包装速度与制袋长度可在额定范围内无级调整，不需要更换零件；
l 设计采用*特的嵌入式封口，加强型热封机构，智能型温控仪温度控制，具有良好的热平衡适应各种的包装材料，性能好、噪音低、封口纹路清晰、密封性强；
l 此设备下料方式为片剂偏心轴数粒；
l 设备封口形式为三边封网纹封口带易撕口；
l 设备主体部分及与物料接触部分材料为食品级不锈钢，其余为普通不锈钢；
l 设备控制系统为日本三菱PLC .

l The main parts of the machine and contacted material steel is food type stainless , other is common stainless ;
l The machine is back seal sealing ;
l The configuration of the machine is a set of measure glass , reel and bag making mold . 
l Control system  is Mitsubishi PLC from Japan . 
 
 
2. 适用范围:
 
适用于食品、医药、化工产品中圆状和球状物料的全自动包装，如：糖衣片、素片、朱古力豆、胶囊等。
 
2. Scope of application :
 
This machine is suitable for the full automatic packaging for round and ball materials of foods , medicine , chemicals and pesticides; such as sugarcoated tablets , normal tablets , chocolate beans and capsule etc.

◆无极调速：包装速度在一定范围内可以无级调整，达到与制袋、充填、封合、切断环节较佳匹配，使包装过程稳定**。
◆袋长可在额定范围内任意设定，步进电机驱动，拉袋稳定**，速度可选定。
◆在包装膜有色标定位标志时，制袋过程可实现光电自动检测、定位、封合、切断，**了制袋图案完整。
◆具有自诊断、故障提示功能。
◆温度控制用**的PID调节，具有较好的热封合稳定性，**了对不同材料的封合质量。
◆操作维修方便：间歇式结构简单，易于操作和维修。
◆通用性强：通过更换不同的充填头便可达到一机多用的目的。
◆自动打印产品批号，可加易撕口，便于使用。
◆全套采用**器件，质量稳定，噪音小，故障率低，使用寿命长。

3. The features of full-automatic：
 
u Speed Limitless: Packing speed shall be limitless arranged in some extend , which can best match the steps of making bag/fulfilling/sealing and cutting . 
u The bag length can be set free at some specific range , using the “Bujin” Motor , making bags stable and the speed can be controlled . 
u The process of bag-made can reach self-automatic inspecting/location/sealing and cutting when there are the signs of color locating in packing films . 
u Equipment itself has the function of self-diagnosing and error-pointing . 
u Controlling temperature by high exact PID , which ensure the sealing quality of different packing film material and will be in more stable of hot sealing . 
u Conveniently operate and repair , because of its intermittent simple structure . 
u Automatically print production lot No. , and adding the easy-tear type convenient . 
u Using the superior steel parts , quality to be stable , noise to be bitter , error rate to be low and service life to be long . 
u Good appearance , smart and unique , the steel of contacting material is stainless steel or poisonousless and corrosion resistance plastic , which reaches the packing requirement of food and medicine ( say GMP ) , especially available in the industries  of food , medicine .
