一、适用范围：
适用于食品、医药、化工、农药产品中的120-400目的的粉末物料的全自动包装；如：食品添加剂、奶粉、豆粉、蛋白粉、中药粉、面膜粉、保健茶粉等。
Scope of application:
This machine is widely applied for food , pharmacy eutical , and chemical products in mesh size range from 120 to 400 , such as milk powder , soya powder , cosmetic powder , slimming tea , medical powder and so on .
 
二、本机特点：
1、自动包装机可以在包装过程中自动完成计量、制袋、充填、封口、切断、计数、批号等全部工作；
2、控制系统则自动化匹配各动作配合，改系统具有**确度高，调整制袋长度简便，且准确无误；
3、具有色标控制系统，可获得完整的商标图案；
4、无级调整速度与袋长，包装速度与制袋长度可在额定范围内无级调整，不需要更换零件；
5、设计采用*特的嵌入式封口，加强型热封机构，智能型温控仪温度控制，具有良好的热平衡适应各种的包装材料，性能好、噪音低、封口纹路清晰、密封性强；
6、设备计量下料方式为螺杆计量下料；
7、设备封口形式为背封锯齿状封口；
8、设备主体部分和与物料接触部分材料为不锈钢;
9、设备自带一套螺杆、成型器。

四、全自动特点：
 
◆无极调速：包装速度在一定范围内可以无级调整，达到与制袋、充填、封合、切断环节较佳匹配，使包装过程稳定**。
◆袋长可在额定范围内任意设定，步进电机驱动，拉袋稳定**，速度可选定。
◆在包装膜有色标定位标志时，制袋过程可实现光电自动检测、定位、封合、切断，**了制袋图案完整。
◆缺纸自动停机，确保不发生无纸运行情况。
◆具有自诊断、故障提示功能。
◆温度控制用**的PID调节，具有较好的热封合稳定性，**了对不同材料的封合质量。
◆操作维修方便：间歇式结构简单，易于操作和维修。
◆通用性强：通过更换不同的充填头便可达到一机多用的目的。
◆自动打印产品批号，可加易撕口，便于使用。
◆全套采用**器件，质量稳定，噪音小，故障率低，使用寿命长。
 
本机小巧*特，外形美观，所有与物料接触的器件均由不锈钢和*耐腐塑料制成，符合食品和医药包装的要求（即GMP要求）。特别适用于食品、医药及化工等行业。
