1．概述:YUSOL1040是一种适合中低压喷淋清洗机用清洗剂,它采用多种国内外较新的低泡型表面活性剂,络合剂,扩散剂和缓蚀剂等经合理配方研制而成.
对于各种硅油及动物油均有*清洗功能.适应于在中低压喷淋清洗机械中工作.本品广泛适于铜、铁、铝等材质的零部件的清洗，而对有镀层的产品无腐蚀现象。
本品不燃烧,不挥发,无刺激性气味,*无害,使用*.本品稀释液对塑料橡胶无腐蚀,对铁系金属具备一定时间的缓蚀或防锈蚀能力.本品可广泛应用于铁系零件机械加工后的清洗处理.

3.使用方法及注意事项:
3.1本品为浓缩液，使用时要加水稀释，配比是1：9-19(5-10%),普通自来水即可。
3.2清洗工作温度:40--70℃清洗;
3.3清洗时间:视污垢程度与清洗机的工作能力而定.一般情况下2-10分钟;
3.4后道需要1至2道漂洗;
3.5多次循环清洗后，应排去上层有浮油的清洗液，添加新液和水，推荐添加比例为1:9;
3.6清洗机如有自动补水系统的,应定期(每班工作前)测pH值,如果Ph<9需要排掉部分槽液,再添加浓缩液使槽液pH>9.0即可;
3.7当清洗液中油污过多，清洗力明显减弱时，可全部排去另换新液,单班制推荐30工作日更换一次。
