智能直流电机充、退磁机Intelligent DC Machine Magnetizer & Demagnetizer
 
此设备具有*保护功能、操作时的防错功能以及充磁质量的自动检测功能。
 
产品特点|：
（1）采用红外线定位装置，检测充磁工件是否在充磁夹具中正确定位。
（2）能自动检测充磁磁场强度，**出设定范围停止充磁并报警，**每一个充磁产品都是合格品。
（3）自动识别充磁夹具或退磁夹具。
（4）采用西门子PLC控制，自动检测运行参数，自动识别故障。
（5）根据人机工学原理，人性化设计。
（6）充、退磁夹具配置测温热电偶，监测夹具温度。
（7）具有故障识别及报警功能。
 
This machine has safety production function, error debugging function and automatic quality inspection function.
 
Features:1. It adopts Infrared to solve work pieces positioning problem.2. It can examine the magnetic intensity automatically. If the magnetic intensity goes beyond the preset limitation, it will stop magnetization and alarm, which ensures that every magnetized workpiece is acceptable product. 3. It can recognize magnetizing fixture and demagnetizing fixture automatically.  4. Siemens PLC control system is adopted, it can examine the running parameters and perform faults diagnosis automatically.   5. It adopts human-friendly design.
6. Thermocouples are equipped on the magnetizing fixture and demagnetizing fixture to monitor the temperature of fixture.7. It has faults diagnosis and alarm function.
