DESCRIPTION 
 
ALPHA AutoClean 40 is an aqueous flux removal fluid designed for use at full strength. It is available in conveniently sized stacking drums. It has been formulated for efficient removal of pre and post soldering flux residues from flux spray equipment, ovens, pallets, carriers, jigs, and printed circuit assemblies.  This water-based product is a carefully researched 
blend of synergistic surfactants and emulsifiers. These ensure efficient cleaning and inhibition of re-deposition of dissolved soils. It does not rely only upon simple saponification.

* If stored above 77°F (25°C), the product can become cloudy.  Simply shake thoroughly before use 
 
GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESSFUL USE 
     
•     ALPHA AutoClean 40 should be used as received at ** concentration. 
•  Effective at ambient temperatures, performance is optimum at 100°F (38°C). 
•     For batch cleaning, ALPHA AutoClean 40 should be used in a tank designed for aqueous processing.  
•     ALPHA AutoClean 40 is compatible with most common equipment materials.  Not recommended for cleaning aluminum parts 
•     High solids rosin based flux materials (such as ALPHA EF-10000) will typically be removed in approximately 3 minutes    with agitation* provided by circulation pumps or ultrasonics. 
•     Rinse cycles can be done with city water with a final rinse cycle in DI water 
•     Parts can be dried with hot or circulating air. 
 
	AutoClean 40 may exhibit foaming when used in some spray cleaning equipment

ENVIRONMENTAL, HEATH AND SAFETY 
ALPHA AutoClean 40 is an environmentally friendly aqueous solution. It contains no CFC’s or chlorinated solvents.  It is non-flammable.  Observe standard precautions for handling and use.  Refer to the Material Safety Data Sheet for more information.
