稀土磁盘分离净化废水设备是由用稀土永磁材料做成的磁盘一片片串装而成，磁盘间为流水通道，通过对磁盘上磁较的布置，使磁盘间形成强磁场。当水流流经磁盘间的流道时，水中所含的磁性悬浮颗粒，受到磁场的吸引力Fm的作用，同时也受到重力Fg和水流阻力Fc的作用，当Fm大于(Fg+Fc)在磁力方向上的分量时，颗粒向磁源方向移动，从流体中分离出来，吸附到磁盘上。磁盘以0.125r/min～5r/min的转速运转，让悬浮物脱去大部分水份，运转到刮渣条时，形成隔磁卸渣带，由刮渣轮刮入螺旋输送机，渣被输入渣池。
