●     This machine can fulfill the processes such as paperboard printing (1~5 colors), creasing, edge trimming, slotting, corner cutting, hole punching and die cutting etc in one cycle automatically.
  ●     The auxiliary paper feed with vacuum suction push-plate is adopted and the main motor’s electromagnetic speed regulation is employed.
  ●     The main motor adopts conversion control and is stable in run.
  ●     With the computer capable of industrial automation program design, the machine can be controlled integrally one time to realize the memory of the common orders and the automatic changing of order. The independent button control panel in every unit can also be used to adjust the electrical control digitals. PLC and touchable screen control are applied in productive output counting, velocity, intermittent feeding, anilox roller and the up-to-down movement of the rubber roller.
  ●     The electrical control digitals control the circumferential adjustment and the axial movement adjustment (±10mm) of the large printing cylinder in the printing part. So it is easy and rapid in plate alignment.
  ●     Having the memory of printing, slotting, die-cutting, automatic return-to-zero and automatic reset.
  ●     The electrical control digitals control the carton height and the circumferential adjustment and axial movement adjustment of the slotting cutter disc. The adjustment can be shown by the digitals.
  ●     Between all the cutter discs there are equipped with mechanical and electrical protective facilities to prevent the cutters against damage due to error operation.
  ●     The slotting system employs high precision screw bar and knife disc position is arranged accurately and reliably.
  ●     The rubber cushion recovery system and differential compensation device are employed for die cutting rubber roller.
  ●     Zeroing device is installed for every unit.
  ●     The pneumatic lock is actuated in case the electrical control equipment of every unit released.
  ●     The transmission gears accurately ground is lubricated with splashing oiling systems in their running to gain the high performance, low noise and long service life.
  ●     The electric control units and major bearings are used imported ones to secure the top quality.
