指甲油灌装压塞旋盖联动机具有自动灌装、上毛刷、旋盖的功能；灌装装置采用瓶体定位机构，解决了指甲油玻璃容器尺寸偏差较大灌装嘴无法进入瓶体的问题
 Nail Polish Filling &Plugging and Cap Machine with functions of automatic filling, loading brush and cap. The filling device adopts bottle itioning mechanism to solve the problem of large size deviation of the nail polish filling glass container that the filling nozzle can not be put into the container.

该机具有螺杆自动进瓶，瓶自动检测（有瓶灌装，无瓶不灌装，有瓶落外盖，无瓶不落外盖），自动灌装，自动落外盖，自动压盖等功能。
This machine has the functions such as automatical screw type bottle feeding, bottle detecting (no bottle no filling, no bottle no cap feeding ), filling, cap feeding and cap automatically.

该机分为转盘进瓶、蠕动泵灌装、摇摆机构落内塞、摇摆机构落外盖、伺服旋盖、贴标、收瓶等几个操作。
This production consists of bottle feeding table,peristaltic pump filling,Mechanical hand feeding dropper, Mechanical hand feeding cap and servo pre-cap, ,final servo cap, labelling and bottle collection table.
