1、产品概述:　　
TOP BEST 666丁基密封胶是一种以丁基橡胶为基质的单组份中性密封胶。具有较佳的耐老化、耐腐蚀、耐氧化等性能，对于界面形变和开裂适应性强，尤其是**、密封、低温追随性能较为**。
2、适用范围:
钢结构屋面体系中直立式屋面锁缝板咬合部位，屋面各式收边、平面搭接处、屋面风机、管道开孔等部位。注：由于钢屋面体系自身结构变化和受风载、雪载等外力作用，*在连接部位产生位移，或应力不同步造成结合部位出现裂缝（而现有的密封条、硅胶因不能与彩钢板连接处同步移动），下雨时易产生满沟、洪吸效应，导致屋面连接部位漏水现象不断发生。
3、打胶优势说明：
1）TOP BEST 666丁基密封胶是一种不固化胶，在彩钢板热胀冷缩产生形变时，仍保持较优异的追随性，不会出现脱胶现象，从而达到密封**效果，这是硅胶所无可比拟的；
2）TOP BEST 666丁基密封胶是一种中性密封胶，对彩钢板没有任何腐蚀，且对咬口、开孔、搭接等部位起到密封保护作用；

1）被粘贴物体表面**坚硬密实、洁净干燥。
2）310ml胶管装请参照硅胶打法使用。
3）5加伦、55加伦铁桶装须用**打胶机在彩钢板生产线中涂胶。
