产品特点：

TB系列适用于50-550吨各种卧式注塑机的成品和水口取出，有单臂、双臂、单臂适用于二片模的产品取出，双臂，单臂适用于二片模的产品取出，双臂适用于三片模的产品和水口取出。 
TB series of robots are applicable to all horizontal injection mold machines between 50~550t (including take out of finished procucts and down spout) , which include single arm model and double arm model .The single arom robot is used for tow piece products and double arm robot for three piece products and down spout.

1、TB横走式上下手臂采用进口高刚性线性滑轨。配合高强度铝合金结构**耗，坚固**，使用寿命长。
TB sidle serial upper and lower robots adopt high rigidity linear slide rail structured with high-strength a luminum ally ,therefore they feature good wear resistance ,sound durability and long service life . 

2、备有压力检测开关，气压不足自动报警以防手臂下降。 
Each robot is equipped with a pressure detection swith .It will alarm automatically to avoid robot falling down when air pressure is insufficient.
选购功能

1、标准配置横行变频马达驱动，可选购横行伺服马达驱动。
Standard configuration is sidle frequency conversion motor drive ; optional configuration is servo motor drive .

The positions of upper and lower motors are adjustable.
