PPR稳态管

由于那些普通的（未添加其他的材质的）PPR管的刚性并不是很好的，明装ppr水管道会发生变形的情况，家装ppr水管，造成不美观的现象，而且还不具有阻氧的能力，一些生产厂家在PPR水管的外面加了一层铝皮（称之为稳态管）。ppr水管在熔焊前，需要用的剥皮工具将管端插入到管件的那一段铝皮剥去，其余的连接操作步骤和注意事项与普通PPR管一样。

ppr管安装的小窍门

·安装完毕后的试压工作，试验压力为工作压力的1.5倍，且压力值不得小于0.6MPa，测试时间约20-30分钟。

·管材安装要遵循“水走天”原则，避免后期维护损害管道。

·安装过程中要及时封住管材开口处，避免杂物进入管道系统

Tips for PPR tube installation

·After installation， the test pressure is 1.5 times of the working pressure，ppr水管安装， and the pressure value shall not be less than 0.6MPa， and the test time is about 20-30 minutes.

·Pipe installation chould follow the principle of "water goes to the sky" to avoid damage to the pipe during later maintenance.

直接头：当水管不够长时，潜江ppr水管，可以通过直接头连接两根管子来延伸。

三通：水管需要分路时，连接管子用。

堵头：主要用来暂时封闭出水口，等安装水阀时再取下。
