如果在大于 40 °C 的环境温度和大于 2000 m 的海拔高度中运行电源模块和电机模块，则
必须同时考虑允许的输出功率或输出电流的降容特性曲线。
此外，安装海拔高度大于 2000 m 时还应根据 IEC  考虑电压降容 KU。 如果使用
的模块是 3 AC 500 V – 690 V 电压范围内的模块，请注意，由于该电压范围狭小，所以

SINAMICS S120 is designed to allow free combination of power and control performance. Multi-axis drives with higher-level motion control can be implemented with the SINAMICS S120 modular system as easily as single-drive solutions.
Greater flexibility with central control intelligence
On the SINAMICS S120, the drive intelligence is combined with closed-loop control functions into Control Units.
These units are capable of controlling drives in Vector, Servo and V/f modes. They also perform the speed and torque control functions plus other intelligent drive functions for all axes on the drive.

电机模块就是我们常说的逆变单元，它是将 540V 或 600V 的直流电逆变成三相交流电。目前的电机模块有两种类
型：书本型和装机装柜型。书本型又分为单轴电机模块和双轴电机模块，单轴为 3-200A；双轴为 3-18A。装机装柜型为
210-1405A(380-480V 电网)；85-1270A(500-690V 电网)。电机模块和主控单元之间通过 DRIVE-CLIQ 接口，进行快速数据
交换。
3.1 书本型电机模块 (Motor Module-Booksize )
3.1.1 基本特性
DC 母线电压 510V to 720V 或 670V to 1035V 冷却 集成的内部风扇、外部风冷、水冷
输出电压 0.67xDC 母线电压 工作温度 正常为 0-40℃。当温度在 40℃－55℃之间需要降容使用
+24VDC 供电 24V -15%+20% 安装高度 正常海拔<=2000m。当海拔 2000m－4000m 降容输出
输出频率 1) 伺服控制：0－600Hz。2) 矢量控制：0－300Hz。3) V/F 控制：0－300Hz
无线电干扰抑制 1) 标准: 没有无线电干扰抑制滤波器。
