  PGWL series spray fluidized bed granulator is widely used in various inorganic materials, organic solution; suspending liquid, emulsion, and high temperature meltwater to make granule and drying for one time. Such as: Calcium chloride, zinc sulfate, ammonium chloride, magnesium chloride, urea etc. It can be operated continuous or batch. The average size in 0.5 mm to 5 mm. it is adjustable.
  The liquid of material is atomized by special atomizer into the inside of fluidized bed. The liquid-drops get in touch with the material powders that fluidizing in the fluidized bed and adhere to the surface of the powders. So the granule process accomplishes.
