Working Principle
    Airflow spray dryer is a kind of co-current drying equipment that adopt two-fluid (or three-fluid) nozzle, atomizing conventional and viscous liquid materials into spray drops by speed difference between the compressed air (or steam) and the liquid material. Rapid heat and mass transfer is taken place in the chamber between the material and the hot air. Powder products are produced within a very short time.
