PEI性能介绍：
PEI聚醚酰是琥珀色透明固体，不添加任何添加剂PEI原料颗粒图片就有固有的阻燃性和低烟度，氧指数为47%，燃烧等级为UL94-V-0级，密度为1.28~1.42g/cm3。PEI具有很强的高温稳定性，即使是非增强型的PEI，仍具有很好的韧性和强度。因此利用PEI优越的热稳定性可用来制作高温耐热器件。具有优良的机械性能、电绝缘性能、耐辐照性能、耐高低温及耐磨性能，并可透过微波。PEI聚醚酰，是琥珀色透明固体，不添加任何添加剂就有固有的阻燃性和低烟度，氧指数为47%，燃烧等级为UL94-V-0级，密度为1.28~1.42g/cm3。PEI具有很强的高温稳定性，即使是非增强型的PEI，仍具有很好的韧性和强度。因此利用PEI优越的热稳定性可用来制作高温耐热器件。PEI还有良好的阻燃性、抗化学反应以及电绝缘特性。玻璃化转化温度很高，达215℃。PEI还具有很低的收缩率及良好的等方向机械特性。加入玻璃纤维、碳纤维或其他填料可达到增强改性的目的；也可和其它工程塑料组成耐热高分子合金，可在-160～180℃的工作温度下长期使用。美国保险商实验室规定聚醚树脂的长期使用温度是338T和356T根据等级，燃烧等级达到UL94V—010密耳厚度。氧指数达47，PEI符合飞机内件要求的FAA阻燃性和热稀放性的材料标准。它的玻璃化转变温度为419F，并允许在392F下间断使用，在更高温度下，产生短期偏移。

美国保险商实验室规定聚醚树脂的长期使用温度是338T和356T（根据等级），燃烧等级达到UL94V—0（10密耳厚度。）氧指数达47，聚醚酰符合飞机内件要求的FAA阻燃性和热稀放性的材料标准。它的玻璃化转变温度为419F，并允许在392F下间断使用，在更高温度下，产生短期偏移。在356T下，拉伸温度和挠曲模量分别在41和2068MPa以上。用玻纤、碳纤维增强的材料在接近玻璃态转变温度下，具有更高的强度和刚度。

The long-term creep resistance of Pei (polyetherimide) under high temperature and stress allows it to replace metals and other materials in many structural devices. It has good electrical properties under variable temperature, humidity and frequency. The low loss factor at GHz makes polyetherimide have high microwave wearability. Its ionic pollutants are of low level, and its conductivity is more than 20 megohm at 250 f  R.H. and 207 kPa for 120 hours. It can be used as an insulating material for electronic sensor components.

PEI的注塑模工艺条件：
熔化温度：普通类型材料为340～400℃；增强类型材料为340～415℃。
模具温度：107～175℃，建议模具温度为140℃。压力：700～1500bar。
速度：使用尽可能高的速度。
干燥处理：PEI具有吸湿特性并可导致材料降解。要求湿度值应小于0.02%。建议干燥条件为150℃、4小时的干燥处理。
