PBT性能：PBT树脂为结晶形，熔点230℃左右，相对密度1.35；具有优良的力学性能，有自润滑性和耐磨性，摩擦系数低，耐热、耐候好；但缺口敏感性大；尺寸稳定性好，电性能优良，耐电弧性好；抗化学药品性及其优异，与醇、醚、脂肪烃、酸和盐的水溶液等不起作用，但不耐强酸和强碱。耐，在二中溶胀，在芳烃、中有些溶胀。在改性PBT中，有92%是用玻璃纤维增强的，经过增强改性的PBT性能突出：①耐热性优良，长期使用温度125℃，短期使用温度达210℃；②机械强度高，在长时间高负荷下变形小；③吸水率低，尺寸稳定性好，耐摩擦磨耗性优良。
