Helmet manucturer DXL protion chooses DuPont ™  Zytel Nylon resin is due to its high resistance, rigidity and toughness. This super tough nylon is reinforced with 33% gss fiber. The four helmet parts made with Zytel are the , the C-shaped "buckle" around the head and two side s. The patented four part design makes the helmet more suitable for the head than the traditional one part helmet.
