申请bwf认证流程
1，申请方填写bwf 申请表，确认有几款产品需要申请。
2，otc收到申请资料后，确认具体的费用和周期以及取样标准
3，申请方确认报价。
4，otc拟定合同。
5，申请方回传合同，支付测试费用预付款项且安排样品寄送，另需提交产品铺装说明书。
6，otc收到样品和预付款项后，安排实验室检测：
a,   我司对小样进行检测，测试完成，出具单项测试（冲击吸收，垂直变形，摩擦力，耐磨和抗压痕）报告。
b,   单项测试（冲击吸收，垂直变形和摩擦力，耐磨和抗压痕）合格后，我司进行bwf全项测试，测试完成，出具bwf测试报告。
7，检测完成，otc出具**羽联报告。
8，检测报告交由**羽联备案。
9，备案完成，申请方安排支付测试费用尾款
10，otc收到测试费用尾款后，安排快递报告至申请方。
11，申请方收到报告后，提交报告和年费至**羽联，安排出具bwf。
测试周期
bwf单项测试 10个工作日
bwf全项测试 35个工作日
认证周期   正常是3个月
建议预留长一点的时间
