操作原理:Operating principle
1.打桩机内置两只偏心轴，采用液压马达驱动，产生高速旋转及垂直激振力，透过减振橡胶块后，维持一定的振幅，能够应付各种类型的土质与打桩要求。
hydraulic vibratory pile driver internally installed two eccentric shaft. It adopts hydraulic motor to drive and produce high-speed revolution and vertical vibration force. Through the dam rubber block to maintain a certain amplitude to cope with various types of soil and pile driving.
2.激振力是与偏心轴尺寸和振动次数平方成正比，北奕制作的偏心轴均经过详细计算与测试，能够兼顾强大的激振力和材料特性，不但能满足工作需要，同时保证了机械可靠度。

经常检查轴承温度及轴承盖螺钉是否有松动现象，要严格检查偏心铁块联结螺钉有无松动，防止发生事故。
下沉时，管柱（或桩）周围严禁站人。
打桩机配合射水、吸泥下沉时，应与有关人员预先联系，并在工作中互相关照。
接长管柱或桩及安装桩帽时，工作人员必须佩戴安全带。
下沉过程中，严禁进行机械的保养、维护工作。
