Aerogel blanket?insulation is used in room temperature and cold areas . It is made of organic fiber (such as PET or polyester fiber) as a substrate, through a special process, in the fiber implanted nano-silica airgel. It has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, low density, good flexibility, high compressive strength and strong hydrophobic performance. At the same time, it has excellent sound insulation performance and can be used in cryogenic field of -200 ℃.
Blanket insulation physical performance characteristics
1.cooling keeping properties
The heat insulation of aerogel is 3 – 5 times than the traditional one, it has high efficient and has a good performance in the low temperature insulation.
2. Thinner insulation thickness
Only 1/2 to 1/4 of traditional material’s thickness can achieve the same heat insulation effect, heat loss or cold loss is smaller, space utilization is higher.
3. Compressive, tensile, crack resistance
It has a good flexibility and compression, tensile strength, it can resist to the construction tensile.
4. Without expansion joint
Excellent size stability, nano-special structure can resist the internal stress, don’t need to set expansion joints.
5. Sound-absorbing earthquake
Can sound-absorbing, buffer shake , improve environmental quality and protect equipment.
6. Safety and environmental protection
Does not contain harmful substances to human, the waste can be landfill.
7. Save costs of transportation and storage
The smaller insulation volume and gross weight can significantly reduce the costs of transportation and storage .
8. Easily to construct
Product density is 200 ± 20kg / m3, lightweight and convenient, easy to cut, high construction efficiency.
