一、生产工艺流程
    开卷放料——校平——冲孔——切断——成型——出料

二、设备性能   
可根据生产需要轧制个带钢宽度60mm≤§≤600mm多种规格的电缆桥架及其他结构产品。     
 线冲孔时生产速度：2.5～5米/分钟。   
成型设备连续成型速度时：10～15米/分钟。   
板材料厚：1~2mm。   
材质要求：Q235冷轧板。   
生产线分自动和手动两种操作方式，可实现联动和分段运转作业。   
三、产品说明：
全自动生产线采用双侧悬臂式结构，冲孔及成型工艺在线一次性完成。通过电气控制，自动移动调节生产不同宽度、高度桥架产品。

According to production needs a strip width of rolling 60 mm or less § 860 mm or less structure of a variety of specifications of the cable tray and other products.
Line punching production speed: 2.5 ~ 5 meters per minute.
Molding equipment for continuous forming speed: 10 ~ 15 m/min.
Thick plate material: 1 ~ 2 mm.
Material requirements: Q235 manufacture.
Production line both automatic and manual operation mode, which can realize linkage and staging operation work.
