产品特性：
1.碟形弹簧、内部滚轮以及卡轮的组合，能使模具的开合具有良好的平衡性。
2.滚轮的旋转能较好地防止偏心磨损的发生。
3.锁紧套为上下对称式，所以当产品发生磨损后还可以倒置安装再次使用。
4.因锁紧座的背面有避空位，所以模板上有台阶时也可使用。
使用说明：
1.紧凑型锁紧套的锁紧套高度（A尺寸）定为标准尺寸24㎜。可适用于模架座板单侧**出25㎜的规格。
2.可以防止在注塑机上安装模具时，因卡轮锁模组件的**出部分干涉注塑机而造成注塑机的损伤或卡轮锁模组件自身受损的情况。
3.虽然锁紧套高度A、t1尺寸变小，但承载能力以及其它尺寸与标准型产品是相同。
