机器特点：
该型检针机系宽幅在线无传动式检针机,适用于床上用品,无纺布,针刺布,皮革,不织布,喷胶棉等大件物品的断针,铁磁性金属检测。能和流水线联动，检测到断针，金属杂质，机器会发出警报，机器可停止，也可运转（根据客户需要）。也可在粘胶后检测金属杂质，后进行打圈。确保产品无金属杂质，**产品质量。客户可根据自己所需定制任意宽度的检针器。在检测过程中,能找出断针位置。宽度可根据用户选择1200～4000mm需定做。采用封闭式磁回路探头,优异的抗外部干扰性能。 可直接安装在原有流水线上,亦可配套原有流水线安装。 灵敏度自由调节可控。 声音,报警灯,自动报警。根据工厂生产流水线要求,可定制不同检针产品。
