铝矾土简介：
 
      铝矾土又称矾土或铝土矿，主要成分是氧化铝，系含有杂质的水合氧化铝，是一种土状矿物。铝矾土原料为铝土矿，铝土矿是较重要的含铝矿物，主要成分为氧化铝，系含有杂质的水合氧化铝，以及针铁矿、赤铁矿、高岭石和少量的锐钛矿。铝土矿较难熔化，不溶于水，能溶于硫。
 
铝矾土特点： 
 
      白色或灰白色，因含铁而呈褐黄或浅红色。密度3.9～4g/cm3，硬度1～3，不透明，质脆。较难熔化。不溶于水，能溶于硫酸、**溶液。

      1、炼铝工业。用于*、航空、汽车、电器、化工、日常生活用品等。
    2、精密铸造。矾土熟料加工成细粉做成铸模后精铸。用于**、航天、通讯、仪表、机械及医疗器械部门。
      3、用于耐火制品。高铝矾土熟料耐火度高达1780℃，化学稳定性强、物理性能良好。
      4、硅酸铝耐火纤维。具有重量轻，耐高温，热稳定性好，导热率低，热容小和耐机械震动等优点。用于钢铁、有色冶金、电子、石油、化工、宇航、原子能、*等多种工业。它是把高铝熟料放进融化温度约为2000～2200℃的高温电弧炉中，经高温熔化、高压高速空气或蒸汽喷吹、冷却，就成了洁白的“棉花”——硅酸铝耐火纤维。它可压成纤维毯、板或织成布代替冶炼、化工、玻璃等工业高温窑炉内衬的耐火砖。消防人员可用耐火纤维布做成衣服。
      5、以镁砂和矾土熟料为原料，加入适当结合剂，用于浇注盛钢桶整体桶衬效果甚佳。
      6、制造矾土水泥，研磨材料，陶瓷工业以及化学工业可制铝的各种化合物。
 
 
       铝矾土按照原料类型分类：
 
      ①生矾土：即矾土原矿石(**沉积岩类)，生料的原料是高岭石和水铝石。
      ②熟矾土，将生矾土经高温煅烧后(1200～1700℃)称为熟矾土，熟料的原料为莫来石。
 
       铝矾土按照煅烧窑炉不同划分为：
 
      ①竖炉熟矾土；②转炉熟矾土；③倒焰窑矾土。
 
       熟矾土按不同用途划分为：
 
      ①耐火级矾土；②研磨级矾土；③电焊级矾土。
 
      铝矾土采用25公斤双层编织袋包装，加内层塑料袋，也可用吨袋包装。防止包装破损，以免漏失或混入杂物，不宜与其他材料一起堆放。

Use:
 
Method for smelting aluminum industry. Used in national defense, aviation, automobile, electronics, chemical industry, daily necessities  etc.
 
Precision casting. Bauxite is processed into fine powder and made into mold. Used in military, aerospace, communications, instrumentation, machinery and medical equipment department.
 
For refractory products. High alumina bauxite refractory degree is up to 1780 DEG C, high chemical stability, good physical properties.
 
The aluminum silicate refractory fiber. Has the advantages of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability, low thermal conductivity, heat capacity and has the advantages of small resistance to mechanical shock. For the iron and steel, nonferrous metallurgy, electronics, petroleum, chemical, aerospace, atomic energy, defense and other industries. It is the high Al clinker into the melt temperature is about 2000 ~ 2200 degrees high temperature in the electric arc furnace, by high temperature melting, high pressure and high speed air or steam injection, cooling, a white ";cotton"; -- aluminum silicate refractory fiber. It can be pressed into refractory fiber blanket, board or woven cloth instead of smelting, chemical industry, glass and other industrial furnace lining. Firefighters used refractory fiber cloth to make clothes.
 
According to magnesia and bauxite as raw material, adding appropriate binder, used for pouring ladle lining the whole barrel effect.
It made of alumina cement, abrasive materials, ceramic industry and chemical industry can be a variety of aluminum compounds.
 
Classified according to the type of bauxite raw materials:
The raw bauxite, alumina raw ore (natural sedimentary rock), raw materials are kaolinite and diaspore.
The bauxite, the raw bauxite calcination at high temperature after (1200 to 1700 DEG C) called bauxite, mullite clinker as raw material.
 
Bauxite according to is divided into the different calcining kiln:

Calcined Bauxite according to different uses for division:
The refractory grade bauxite; the grinding grade alumina; the welding grade bauxite.
 
Packing:25 kg double woven bag packaging, with plastic bag, also available ton bag packaging.
