网框固定方式*特，卸网、装网1--3分钟，手工花色对位2--5分钟，一般不塞网、擦网不取网，卸网再装网对位精度不变。标尺+丝杆调位，对位精度0.02mm
Net frame is fixed by a unique way, it only needs 1--3minutes to unload ,assemble net and manual registration of design and color needs 2--5minutes.Under normal circumstances,the registration accuracy will not change if you do not plug,wipe or take the net or unload the net and then assemble the net. Sale and screw positioning,the registration accuracy is about 0.02mm.

触摸屏：可选多种印花模式，自由设定机器速度、烘干时间、刮刀次数、合板预热等多种性能。自行排查显示机器故障，及培训操作机器流程。实时显示生产速度及总产量等多种功能。
  Touch screen: people can choose a variety of printing patterns, and free to set the speed , the time needed to dry ,the number of scraper andplate preheatingof the machine and other functions. It can check and display on its own when the machine is broken down and trained to operate the process of the machine.Moreover,it possesses many other functions such as displaying the speed of production and total yield at the moment when it begins to work.
 
 
六、印刷工位printing station
每个工位均可独立操控：手动印花，手动烘干，可方便的进行投入切出并对整合设备进行停启操作。刮刀停留位，刮墨刀，回墨刀，压力及高度独立可调。Each station can be operated and controlled independently: manual printing, manual drying, it is easy to input and cut out ;what is more,it can start or end the equipment of integration .The staying position of scraper ,scraping knife, ink knife, pressure and height can be adjusted independently.
