 1.印刷和升降采用日本松下变频控制，同步带传动,动作灵敏低噪音，速度均匀,快慢可调；
 2.斜臂升降由减速机双连杆带动，采用40*80的槽钢，支点座轻便型设计，使整机运行较加轻松平稳,减小了对减速机的负荷；
 3.刮刀和回墨刀有气压调节装置，并且印刷厚度大小可调；                                          4.真空自动吸附固定印件；
 5.工作台板有前后左右微调装置，使对版较准确、方便；
 6.配有大臂回升*装置，使斜臂自动回到上方位置，具有**的*性；

 performance and features
1. This product is designed with its structure withbothpowe-drivrn and air-powered devices,the printing operation
  and lifting transmission are under the control of the imported variable automatic system,and the complete machine 
is characterized by niformity of operation
2. Slide rail adopts linear guide rail made in Germany,free of attrition wear.Transmission gear is equipped with impored timing belt,and it is characterized by free actuation and adjustable speed.
3.Its printing plate is cast with aluminum alloy,stainless steel sheet of 2mm in thickness is adhered to the surface of the printing plate,and the printing plate may be smooth, even, and free from distorion; in addition, it is provided with coordinate vernier device and automatic air-intake function, ensuring still more easy and accurate printng plate alignment.
4.Pressures of squeegee blade and ink returning blade are adjustableand may be separately manipulated, and adjustment up to 45 degrees is allowed as well.
5.It is equipped withsafe bounce-back function,ensuring safety in operation; it is also pronided with automatic synchronous screen-departure function, and this may avoid the scumming of printed materials effectively.
6.All components of the electrical section are from noted brands. Its panel is fitted with electronric touch keys. The complete machine is coated with static pyrolytic coating, with esthetic appearnce, good taste , and solvent resistance.

This screen process press series is applicadle to the printing of all plain materials such as sheet paper, pVC, organic glass,and circuit boards etc. Furthermore, it mainly aims tothe special effects that are impossible for offset print and all other printing modes ,such as crepe , frosted finish , refracted light, raised types, and overprnting of teta-color advertisements etc.
