【玉米芯产品介绍】
 
    玉米芯是用玉米棒破碎加工再经过严格筛选制成，具有组织均匀、硬度适宜、韧性好、吸水性强、**性能好等优点，在使用过程中不易破碎。
 
【玉米芯产品应用】
 
    玉米芯颗粒用于眼镜、钮扣、电子元件、汽车零部件、磁性材料的抛光和干燥、擦干处理。被加工件表面光亮，光洁度高，工件表面没有水纹痕迹。玉米芯可分大、中、小号可与光饰设备、干燥设备配套使用。除了用作抛光材料，玉米芯在其他领域有较广泛的用途：
 
    1、目前在**产业中，由于玉米芯含有丰富的纤维素、半纤维素、木质素等，已被用于造纸，生物制糖等行业。
    2、可用它从废水中提取重金属，可用它防止热的薄钢片粘在一起；
    3、可用于纸板、水泥板、水泥砖制作，可用它做胶水或浆糊的填充剂；
    4、可用做包装材料、火药的制造；
    5、可用做橡胶助剂，制造轮胎时加入它，可增加轮胎与地面间的磨擦力，达到增大牵引力的效果，延长轮胎使用寿命；
    6、可用于干洗业，用它处理过的皮毛既干净又美观；
    7、可作为饲料预混料，蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、赖氨酸蛋白粉、甜菜碱、各种霉制剂、防霉剂、维生素、磷脂、植酸酶、香味剂及马杜酶素、安普酶素氯化胆碱等，兽药添加剂产品，营养性载体，可代替次粉，也是生物制品水洗霉发酵的主要原料之一。
 
    玉米芯的营养成分：玉米芯中含糖54.5%、粗蛋白质2.2%、粗脂肪0.4%、粗纤维29.7%、矿物质1.2%。用玉米芯作猪的饲料，要先用粉碎机进行加工、粉碎，而且粉得越细越好，较好呈粉末状。喂猪时，先用水浸泡一段时间，使之软化，再加入神众em发酵剂发酵，后按8%~10%的比例掺在猪的日粮中饲喂即可，后期可以逐渐增加至30%。
 
     发酵方法：
    （1）将玉米芯加工粉碎。
    （2）先用水浸泡一天左右（也可以不浸泡）。
    （3）用发酵剂，先用米糠混合搅拌发酵剂。
    （4）搅拌好之后再与粉碎的玉米芯搅拌均匀。
    （5）最后找个容器或者发酵袋密封发酵一周左右即可。
