【高铝水泥产品介绍】：
 
     高铝水泥又称为矾土水泥，耐火水泥，铝酸盐水泥，统称为铝酸盐水泥，是以铝矾土和石灰石为原料，经煅烧制得的以铝酸钙为主要成分、氧化铝含量约50%的熟料，再磨制成的水硬性胶凝材料。    高铝水泥常为黄或褐色，也有呈灰色的。具有快硬、早强、耐腐蚀、耐高温的水硬性胶凝材料；它既是一种**的建筑材料，也是一种胶凝性散状耐火材料，在冶金、建材、石油化工、电力、食品等行业有着广泛的应用。
 
【产品技术要求】：
 
    1、细度：水泥颗粒越细，比表面积越大，水化反应越快越充分，早期和后期强度都较高。地区规定：比表面积应大于300平方米/千克，否则为不合格。
    2、凝结时间：为**在施工时有充足的时间来完成搅拌、运输、成型等各种工艺，水泥的初凝时间不宜太短；施工完毕后，希望水泥能尽快硬化，产生强度，所以终凝时间不宜太长。硅酸盐水泥的初凝时间不得早于45分钟，终凝时间不得迟于390分钟。

    1) 常温350度阶段，较易引起局部爆裂，要特别注意缓慢烘烤。如在350度保温后仍有大量蒸汽冒出，仍应减缓升温速度。
    2) 在通风不良、水气不易排出的条件下，要适当延长保温时间。
    3) 当用重油烘烤时，要严防重油喷在炉衬表面，以防局部爆裂。
    4) 当用木柴烘烤时，直接接触火焰处往往造成局部升温过急，应加以防护。
    5) 对新浇捣的耐火水泥，至少要经3d后才可进行烘烤。
    6) 对耐火水泥炉衬的冷却也应缓慢，避免强制通风。
