      工业级宽幅喷墨UV平板打印机，采用**的冷式紫外固化(LED-UV)，为高精、高速宽幅平板打印设计。可广泛应用于多种介质打印输出；采用SPT灰度级工业喷头，支持12/24/36PL灰度打印技术，具备自动盖白、白底、专白等多种白色打印模式，拥有三层专色打印功能，能一次性打印彩色+白色+彩色；拥有**良好的打印控制技术，采用USB2.0/3.0控制系统，1.25G光纤数据传输，双轴交流伺服控制。

1、可变点打印工业级喷头:
     采用三级可变墨滴打印技术的工业级精工1020型号喷头,较高可打印1440X1440dpi。
 
1. Industrial Grade Nozzles with Variable Dot Print:
Using three grade variable droplet printing technology, industrial-grade Seiko 1020 model nozzle, the maximum can be print 1440*1440dpi (dots per inch).
 
2、高节能 LED UV灯固化系统:
 UV灯采用进口LED冷光源，采用**的冷试紫外固化，智能照射，**命、低功耗。
 
2. High Energy-saving LED UV Lamp Curing Systems:
UV lamps with imported LED cold light, using advanced Cooled UV curing, smart irradiation, long life, low power consumption.
 
3、工业级床身:  
 床身采用厚壁钢管焊接而成，经高温回火处理，整体床身的所有打孔、攻丝均采用大型龙门铣一次成型，衔接缝隙不**过0.1厘米，确保整体机器的精度，钢性和**性，确保机器稳定生产。
 
3. Industrial Body:
The body is welded by thick steel pipe, high temperature tempering treatment. Body drilled, tapped by large gantry milling forming, convergence gap not more than 0.1 cm to ensure the accuracy of whole machine. Steel and durability ensure stable production.
 
4、导轨：
 导轨采用双导轨传动模式，并且采用日本进口**导轨和滑块，确保墨车轨迹较平稳

 5、负压供墨系统 :    
    采用工业级负压系统，供墨采用全进口陶瓷机**墨路
支持单pass100m/分钟高速打印,稳定工作波幅小于50Pa，多喷头调整打印条件下供墨较加稳定、流畅，有效缓解长时间输出的色差。
 
5.Negative Pressure Ink Supply System:

6、喷头防撞器: 
        喷头防撞器可以有效避免与材料碰撞、摩擦所带来的喷头损坏，当防撞器检测到碰撞或摩擦时，会马上报警并停止运动，保护喷头*。
 
6. Nozzle Bumper:
Nozzle bumper can effectively avoid nozzle damaged by material impact and friction. It will immediately alarm and stop when bumper detect impact and friction, to protect sprinkler safety.
 
 7、智能高度调节系统:  
            喷头高度实时可调，电子显示，双高度调节，有效的控制**度为0.5mm，材质打印厚度可升高至100mm。
 
7. Smart Height Adjustment System:
Nozzle height is adjustable in real-time. Electronic display, dual height adjustment. The effective control accuracy is 0.5mm, and thickness of the printing material can be increased to 100mm.
 
8、喷头温度智能控制系统:   
     采用工业级精工UV喷头配备恒温加热系统，**喷头工作时温度，一个可控的喷头工作温度是喷头在不同环境地区稳定工作的****。
