■主要特点Features
1、采用变频器启动，启动平稳，分离因数可调。
2、吊袋卸料，劳动强度低，工效高。
3、结构设计合理，有效的*了卫生死角，结构件过渡圆滑，表面经抛光处理，外部结构件、紧固件和转鼓都采用不锈钢制造。外壳为翻盖式，可对离心机外壳与转鼓夹层空间进行**清洗。
4、机座与机壳为整体焊接结构，承载强度高。
5、机座为平板式结构，降低了机器**，安装空间较小，平板式机座又可作为操作平台，操作起来较方便。
6、配置液态阻尼减振器，较有效的*振动，简化日常保养。
7、外壳翻盖，设置进料管、洗涤管、视镜、照明孔。
8、配置在线清洗系统，可对离心机进行在线清洗，对离心机外壳内壁、转鼓内外表面、集液槽表面等离心机内部不可见部位进行清洗。符合GMP规范中对设备的要求。

3、传动与制动：普通电机（或防爆电机）＋磨擦式自动离合器＋磨擦式手动制动装置。
4、电控装置（控制箱）
