行星搅拌机特点：
行星搅拌机是一种新型*无死点混合搅拌设备，它具有*特的搅拌形式，行星架转动时，带动箱内的三根搅拌轴围绕料桶公转的同时，搅拌轴自身高速运转，从而使物料受到强烈的剪切作用，达到充分分散和混合的效果，此外设备内的刮壁刀绕筒体轴线转动，将粘在筒壁上的物料刮下再参与到混合剪切中，使筒壁无残留物料，混合效果较为理想，筒体采用特殊密封结构，可进行加压或抽真空搅拌，具有良好的脱泡效果，筒体根据客户需要可设计成加热或冷却，筒盖为液压升降，方便操作清洗，筒体可自由移动。
该机型适用于化工、轻工、建材、化妆器、油墨等行业所需的固-固、固-液及高粘度物料的混合、分散、溶解、调质等工艺，如油墨、颜料、密封胶、各类化妆品、糊状物料、润滑脂等等。
搅拌器的形式可根据客户需求定制成浆叶式、框式、蝶式等多种搅拌形式。
