四、  如果客户需要，HP12**型移印机可以改为HP12**Y型移印机，即将油盆刮刀部分改为密封油盅部分。If the customer needs,HP-12**-type printing machine can be changed HP-12**Y type printing machine,to be part of the scraper seal oil basin oil cup part.

五、  机器操作*性能：machine operation safety

    机器装有紧急开关：当遇到紧急事情时按下紧急开关，则机器马上断电。回到起始位置，当事情处理好后扭出紧急开关，便可以*启动恢复正常。Machine equipped with an emergency switch:when in an emergency ,press the emergency switch it ,then power off the machine immediately,back to the staring position ,after a good deal when things niuchu emergency switch,it can safety start the return to normal.
 六、注意事项：
 （1）、当机器需要移动或修理时，**将电源和气源切断。
 （2）、当调整或清洗油盅时，应按步骤操作。
 （3）、增强*意识，配备消防器材。

胶头
  一、移印胶的特点及用途移印胶是一种双组份化合物，硫化反应是在室温下进行的，其中基料由双羟端基聚硅氧，补强剂（二氧化硅增塑剂）等组成；固化剂由多硅酸脂组成。两组化合物在催化剂存在下交联反应形成柔韧弹性体。硫化后的移印胶具有以下特点：
  1：室温硫化，不发热，尺寸稳定性好，光泽度亮。
  2：具有良好变特性与脱模性，同时流动性好。
  3：弹性好，抗撕性高，配制不同硬度的品种适应各种应用**，脱模方便。
  4：易操作，使用工艺简便，在一定范围内可以调节固化周期。
  （如下图所示：下图为水晶模制作出来的用于表业移印的胶头）

二、制作工艺
  1：先把使用工具如：模具（铜模、水晶模、吸索罩等）、搅拌桶、搅拌棍用清洁剂（洗洁精、巴素擦铜水等）清洗干净（不同性质的模具要用不同的清洁剂，不能用腐蚀性较强的溶剂，如天那水、洗网水等）。然后*擦干净，不能存在任何异物和污迹等。再在模具上涂一层脱膜剂：如凡士林、洗洁精等（某些性质的模具*涂脱膜剂）。
  2：根据模具的体积计算胶浆和矽油（添加硅油可适当调节胶头的软硬度。用量过多，胶头的**性就差。），混合搅拌均匀。然后静置摆放10分钟或真空处理。
  3：按胶浆和矽油搅拌后总重量添加一定重量（配比量）2-3%的固化剂，再次既快又均匀地搅拌3-5分钟。之后如有条件的立刻进行真空排泡，这叫强制排泡法；没有进行真空排泡的叫静待自然排泡法。（注：①、固化剂用量需依据供应商提供的数据进行测试，找到适合自己的操作方式的用量；②、具体选用何种方式进行排泡，要视固化速度而定。）
  4：把真空排泡后或静置排泡后的混合体。从模具的边缘慢慢地倾注入模具内。不能大量倾注入模具的中心部位，那样会增加气泡量，降低胶头的使用寿命。
  5：真空后的混合体倾注入模具后即可以盖上木片；自然排泡的混合体倾注入模具后静置大约30分钟后盖上木片。
