机械结构优点：
 
一、主放料和主收料气涨轴采用固定结构，其余收放料轴采用可移动结构。该结构较大的优点是
 
1、可以根据产品工艺需要，将对应收放料轴移动到与刀座入口较佳的角度位置，减小材料变形，**产品质量；
 
2、可有效减少导向轴数量；
 
3、更换刀具或刀座检修时可以将上层气涨轴移动到某一侧，增加操作空间。
 
二、刀座结构进行了优化设计，传动底座与支架板安装精度较高，并方便拆卸维修。
 
三、模切底轴（砧辊）两端轴承盒采用新型结构，安装后能**底轴（砧辊）Y向窜动量小于0.02毫米，从而确保模切Y向套准精度。
 
四、气涨轴采用多瓦片式涨开方式，与键条式气涨轴比较能减小料卷涨开偏心误差，**转动平稳。
 
五、张力控制选用科学合理的桥式测力结构，使得料带张力检测及控制较为**。
 
六、机械零部件大量选用铝合金及不锈钢材料，对设备使用环境要求降低，尤其是我国南方潮湿多雨的地区不会出现锈蚀等影响产品精度的缺陷。
