 1、自动控制系统：和电脑公司合作开发的XC-2012系列位置控制系统继承了原有位置控制系列的优点，采用ARM电脑微处理器设计而成，具有较加丰富的用户接口。其主要特点:主机速度、拉料速度和放料速度均由控制器自动同步控制，还可以选择传统的手动控制，本机位置定位采用较加**的编码器，使得位置设置较加随心所欲；友好用户界面使得使用较加方便快捷，并且吸收了国内外同类系统的优点，本机用户界面与主控器分体设计，触控操作，功能齐全，自动化程序高，**，高**性及安装维护方便等。
 
 2、前后送料系统采用日本安川伺服电机驱动，送料精度较高，较稳定；传动系统采用5套安川变频器+闽台三相电机，
 
 3、放料采用气胀轴，磁粉制动控制，配备EPC纠偏系统。
 
 4、配有打孔装置、水冷装置、虚线点断装置、封底装置，能满足多种异型袋的生产。
 
 5、加工工艺：机身铁板一次成型，采用电脑排版，电脑激光切割一次成型，**了精密度和光洁度。加工工艺的提高使组装较加简便。
