Our machines for shoe lasting are provided with a latest generation management system at touch screen that allows, besides a 360° control of all the movements, the diagnostics of possible damages at remote distance. The machine connects to the internet automatically, by wi-fi or cable, and in any moment it is possible to intervene from our location in order to identify damages or making software upgrades, thanks to the help of a video camera installed on the machine.
 
 
 

ROUGHING – CEMENTING MACHINEInnovative machine able to carry out simultaneously, without interruption, downtime or errors due to wrong positioning, the consecutive opertions of roughing and cementing of the bottom of the shoe. These are carried out simoultaneously thanks to the presence of two operating heads that move while the shoe remains stationary, avoiding the risk of modifying the trim during the different stages of processing.

HISTORY
Established in 1955, MOLINA e BIANCHI has been a leader in the production of pulling over lasting machines and heel seat and sides lasting machines for more than fifty years, allowing to carry out the complete lasting of the shoes through two different production lines: the pulling over lasting machines SINCRON and the heel seat and sides lasting machines MARK.
The two lines offer a wide range of models and their versatility meets the different and changeable needs of the market and the production.
In 2007, the incorporation of BDF in MOLINA e BIANCHI gave rise to a new company reality that completes the range of products necessary for the shoe lasting: from the upper reactivation to the lasting, pounding, roughing, ironing, cementing and drying processes, with a range of increasingly integrated and compact machinery.
