较新款PVC共挤分配器

 我司开发的较新款PVC共挤模具和共挤分配器，解决了市场上以前共挤模具辅机压力大，共挤皮层分配不均匀，开机时间短，*焦料的缺陷。
如客户有模具（前提是：节流棒不能调太多，出料比较均匀的模具），我司可根据客户现有模具定制共挤分配器（单机改共挤）。

    Our latest PVC co-extrusion foam board T-die and co-extrusion distributor have solved the problems of high pressure on the T-die downstream, uneven co-extrusion layers, short running cycle, material easily gets burnt. 
    We can customize the co-extrusion distributor for the customers who has the mono-layer extrusion machine with the conditions that the customer’s T-die’s choke bars can not be adjusted too much and the T-die has an even extrusion.

Our company has researched and developed the PVC foam board T-die for many years and we have accumulated lots of experience on sheet and board extrusion T-dies. With many times designing and testing, we have successfully developed a new PVC foam board T-die which has no choke bars, no movable die lip, elastic micro adjustment die lip gap. This T-die has solved the problems of short running cycle, uneven density, mechanical mark on the product surface.
