用途Application：
胎面断面测量装置用于在线非接触检测轮胎胎面断面形状，它可以在线检测并实时显示胎面各主要点的厚度，宽度及产品的断面形状变化情况，并进行报警输出。应用在轮胎生产线上，可准确得到胎面各项尺寸数据，避免人工测量产生的误差，无检测盲区，大大提高产品合格率，缩减人工成本，提高整体效益。
Fixed-point cross-section measuring instrument is used for detection tread surface shape which is on-lined and non-contacted. It can detect online and real time display the thickness of every main point, width and cross-section shape of the tread, with the function of alarm output. Used in tire production line, can be obtained accurately all of the dimension data of the tread, avoid error of the artificial measurement, no detection blind area, greatly improve the product percent of pass, reduce labor costs, improve overall efficiency.

系统功能Function：
1、可实时测量胎面厚度，宽度。测量点以测量曲线、标准曲线和偏差面积图的形式显示
It can measuring the thickness and width of the cross-section real time. The measuring point can display by measured curve ,standard curve and deviation area chart.
2、根据所测量的胎面宽度和厚度形成断面轮廓图
It can form cross-sectional contour FIG according to the measurement of the tread width and thickness.
3、根据系统采集数据对胎面的对称性进行分析并与标准胎面进行对比
According the collected data analyzed the symmetry of tread and compared with standard tread.
4、可实现对部分特殊部位进行局部放大分析
It can realize local amplification of some special parts for analysis.
5、通过与标准值比较输出声光报警
Through Compared with standard values output sound and light alarm.
6、所有测量数据均可长时间保存，查询，并可随时显示打印
All measurement data can be preserved for a long time, query, and print at any time.
7、在线和离线都可使用
