**箱内外部结构1.小型发电机组箱体外部四角采用圆弧结构，使整个箱体为流线形结构。2.箱体内部为一体化，在箱壁上装有一层镀锌孔板，使得箱体内部较加美观，并能较好的降低发电机发出的高低频噪声。3.箱体的连接螺丝都设置在箱体内部及**部，使得箱体结构较加紧凑。 强抗腐蚀构造罩身为钢体，内部喷*防锈漆，外部采用低温烤漆，抗腐能力强；所有螺丝均用镀锌螺丝，具备抗腐蚀性能；箱体合叶采用高温烤漆，所有的锁均由不锈钢材料制作。 操作维护方便**箱体的两旁设有开启门，供安装、观察、推护、操作使用；在控制屏在设置有观察窗，可通过此窗监测控制面板；箱体底部设有排污口、排油口、排气口等，在箱体外部设有加油口。 高度*性1、具有良好的进排风系统，能确保机组正常的运行。2、*的防震措施能确保机组平稳运转。3、箱体外部设有紧急停车按钮，用于发电机组的紧急停机。4、箱体内设有消音器，消音器采用美国Nclson公司生产的消音器，消音器为多腔扩张式抗性消音器，可确保机组运行安静，噪音低
