生产钓鱼用鱼钩、软体鱼饵的**公司。年产鱼钩300万只、软体鱼饵1000万条，产品全部销往日本、欧洲。在日本市场上60%的绕线鱼钩、50%的软体鱼饵均为我公司产品。 为了**鱼钩质量，我公司现已改进整个生产工艺，从原来的硅橡胶浇铅改为钢模浇铅，并*创增加一道挤压工艺,使鱼钩的外观、形状及铅体表面密度得到根本性改善，使产品表面光洁如一、大小一致。表面油漆也从原来的浸漆改为烤漆。为了增加油漆和铅体表面的结合度、减少环境污染，油漆现已全部采用与铅体结合度较高的丙稀酸水溶性油漆。如客户需加强鱼钩表面硬度，可以再增加一道树脂清烤漆。 软体鱼饵的生产工艺也经过**改进，为**色彩鲜艳度，配料中所用顔料、金子全部由美国进口，一些化学助剂从瑞士、德国、法国进口，这样**了鱼体比重，便软体鱼饵始终浮在水中，尾巴随波摆动，达到以假乱真的效果。
