PE拉伸膜/缠绕膜，又称LLDPE弹性膜/包装膜，是一种透明、富有弹性及强度且*无害的柔软聚乙烯塑料薄膜，符合**环保卫生标准，可在不加热的情况下，进行纵横双向冷拉伸，依靠它本身自粘性包装各种产品，并可使货物长期保持张力而不至于松散，强度高、弹性拉力大、对任何形状的物品都能裹紧，裹成一个整体。拉伸包装比收缩包装节省材料,且不需要收缩包装机节省能源；具有良好的防松散、防雨、防尘、防盗等效果。
有单面粘性的产品，减轻运输贮存中灰尘、沙粒，对膜表面污染。
适用于托盘运输包装或货物栈板打包，均能防潮，防尘及减少人工、提**，达到保护产品与降低成本的目的。尤其用于货物栈板打包运输作业，充分发挥胶膜的强韧性及自粘性，配合缠绕时层层张力的紧束作用，达到栈板打包较佳效果。
