用途与特点：
1、本机器适用于木器、塑料、金属、玻璃、水泥纤维板等各类新型材料；用于其家具、地板、橱柜、内外墙板、装饰板的底漆、面漆之平面涂装。
3、经本机处理后的油漆表面平整光滑、饱满度好、无色差。
涂布轮、均布轮、输送部分全部单独采用进口之电机、减速机、变频器控制，精密度高，涂布量可**控制。
4、采用铸件式设计，快拆式胶轮座，换装滚轮方便快捷。
5、采用人机界面，精密自动升降，加温装置等全自动化配置。
6、可选配独立电箱、定厚装置、自动防撞保护，电光轮加热装置等功能。
7、本机可涂布PU、NC、UV、水性漆等，涂料可回收，无浪费。
USE AND CHARACTERISTICS
1、This machine is avalible to the base、surface paint coating for the furniture、cabinet、walling、decorative boards,which different materials as wood、MDF、plastic、metal、glass、CaSi and so on.
2、It can ensure the surface of the paint to be smooth, with good plumpness, and with no chromatic difference.
3、The coater roller and the electronic roller and the conveyor controlled by separate motor、reducer、frequency、with best precision and stability.
4、It is easy to change the roller for the casting design.
5、It can be controller by the PLC and up-down automatically.
6、It can choose with the separate electronic box and the thickness of workpiece controlled by the PLC,and board protection for the coating rollers , paint heaing function or more automatical choosing outfit.
7、It can coat the PU、NC、UV、WB and so on, all the paint can be recycled, without waste.
