产品说明： 半自动打包机特性：
接头短，不用铁扣，符合**环保要求。
打包速度快，**，每条一道PP带仅需1.5秒。
速成热系统，1V低电压，*性好，瞬间加热，开机5秒钟后进入较佳打包状态。
自动停机装置，省电实用。**过60秒不再操作时，马达会自动停机，进入待机状态。
新型电路设计，采用插入式集成电路板控制整个打包动作和烫头温度，把电路部份及机械部份分开，电路板维修检查相当方便。
新型电热钢片设计，寿命长、退热快，免除普通完整一致。
可使用6-15mm宽度之打包带，捆紧力大小可任意调节相当方便。

当您包装物较大且重可选用TW-82L低台型，台面高度在400-550mm之间可调。
高低型可变换，低台传为高台型只需将带盘从机箱左侧上移到机肚，再换上四支长腿及刹车杆即可。
机器高度可根据操作的身高和工作要求调整。工作场地凹凸不平时，可调节4根腿管的长度，使机台保持水平。

6、new type circuit design, using inserting style integrated circuit board to control the whole packing operation and iron head temperature, separating the circuit part, and the maintenance of circuit board is conveniently；
7、new type electric-heat steel slice design, long life, fast heat fading, avoid the fault of shapeless and short circuit which general iron head usually caused；
8、may use the packing strap with 6-15mm width, ensure the adhesive efficiency consistently；
9、setting swift adjusting knob, can freely adjust the bundling power conveniently.

Variable packer
when you want to package a general good, please choose the TW-82 (high platform) and the height of the platform is between 720mm and 870mm, it is adjustable. 
The high platform and the low is exchangeable, in case of the high changes into the low just need to move the strap from under-machine to the left of the crate and then replaces four short-leg and the brake pole. 
And the mechanism height is adjustable according to the height of the platform and the requirement of the work. When the workshop is uneven we just need to adjust the length of 4 legs, the mechanism and the brake pole. 
Other characteristics are the same as the semi-automatic packer.
