闪光对焊的主要焊接工艺及原理：

1.焊接电极加紧工件，在工件尚未*接触时，开始闪光。

2.接下来，焊接电极夹紧的工件缓慢接近，随着电流密度的增加，工件间接触处开始熔化，同时有部分金属熔液溢出，形成初始的对焊节点。

3.焊接区域变得越来越热，对焊的速度也随着加速。

4.闪光和飞溅使两个接触面*焊接在一起。

5.最后再利用高压进行**锻，切断电流，焊接完成。

 

The Main Principle of Flash Butt Welding:

1.The flash butt process starts when the two workpieces to be welded which are clamped by welding jams still not meet each other.

2.During the subsequence,move the welding jaws together slowly,the welding current density will increase,then the metal material in the gap between the jaws becomes molten,at the same time a shower of sparks also being emitted.

3.As the cross-sectional area in the welding becomes extremely hot,the motion is accelerated.

4.The flashing also makes the surfaces to welded together totally.

5.Finally the upset occurs at high pressure,the welding current is cut off.
