   8bit Mcu 有 6-38 个 I/O Pin, 并具备唤醒 (Wake Up) 、看门狗 (WDT) 、低电压复位 (LVR) 等功能。 另外 Oscillator 则具备有内部 RC 及外部震荡等多种选择，工作电压范围为 2.2V~5.5V 。特别适用于小型家电及需要小型控制器的应用领域。如简易型充电器、小型玩具控制器，芳香剂控制器、烤面包机控制器 , 摇控器等应用。
