湿喷机
利用压力喷枪喷涂灌筑细石混凝土的施工法。湿喷机常用于灌筑隧道内衬、墙壁、天棚等薄壁结构或其他结构的衬里以及钢结构的保护层。喷射混凝土有干拌法和湿拌法两种。干拌法是将水泥、砂、石在干燥状态下拌合均匀，湿喷机用压缩空气送至喷嘴并与压力水混合后进行喷灌的方法。此法须由熟练人员操作，水灰比宜小，石子须用连续级配,粒径不得过大，水泥用量不宜太小,一般可获得28～34兆帕的混凝土强度和良好的粘着力。但因喷射速度大，粉尘污染及回弹情况较严重，使用上受一定限制。湿喷机湿拌法是将拌好的混凝土通过压浆泵送至喷嘴，再用压缩空气进行喷灌的方法。施工时宜用随拌随喷的办法，以减少稠度变化。此法的喷射速度较低,由于水灰比增大,混凝土的初期强度亦较低，但回弹情况有所改善，材料配合易于控制，工作效率较干拌法为高。
